All returns, exchanges or defective item claims must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date
Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags intact. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear.Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
