Shipping Info + Terms

  • Note: Our stores are temporarily closed. This might result in additional delays before shipment of your purchase, compared to the standard 1-3 business day shipping time. We appreciate your patience and continued support. If you have any questions, please email us at orders@azaleasnyc.com and our team will get back to you.
  • All orders ship out within 1-3 business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, pending credit card verification and item availability.
  • Please note that if you ordered multiple items, your order may ship in more than one shipment. 
  • If you need your order rushed or by a specific date, place your order online then email orders@azaleasnyc.com for further arrangements.
  • We are now offering FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. A surcharge will be applied to orders shipping to HI and AK. Please select FREE USPS Ground Shipping upon checkout. 
  • Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Azaleas is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 
  • If your order falls under $150 after applying any coupon code, you will not be eligible for free shipping.
  • International orders: customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their government.  

Curbside Pick Up 

  • Note: Our stores are temporarily closed. We have started offering Curbside Pick Up at a neighboring store for a limited time.  Items are picked on a bi-weekly basis so we thank you for your patience. 
  • If you'd like to shop online but would prefer to pick your order up in our store, simply choose Curbside Pick Up as a shipping method during checkout. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Read more info here

In-Store Return Policy

  • Note: While our normal in-store return policy is exchange or store credit only, we are happy to extend this policy for the time being to include refunds. Returns/exchanges will need to be made within a two week window with the usual policies intact (please see below). In an event that it is past two weeks, returns will be for store credit only
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags intact. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.  All jewelry, legwear and body accessories are also FINAL SALE. 

Online Return Policy

  • All returns, exchanges or defective item claims must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags intact. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
  • All items noted as FINAL SALE in the product description cannot be returned.  This includes legwear, body accessories, and any sale items with FINAL SALE in their description. 
  • Swimwear is eligible for exchange or return as long as all tags and hygienic liners are intact. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Return / Exchange shipping is at your own expense. Please use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • In-store returns are handled differently. 

How To Make A Return

  1. Email us to receive an Return Authorization Number. Please have your order number ready. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.
  2. You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
  3. When your return has been processed you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your account.

How To Make An Exchange

  1. Email us to receive an Return Authorization Number. Please have your order number ready. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.
  2. You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
  3. As a courtesy, we now offer free shipping on first exchanges.  Pending item availability, we will process an exchange within 1-3 business days.

Lost Packages

  • If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.

Limitations

  • UPS does not allow us to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes, please use an alternate address.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery. 

Sale Policy

  • Coupons and sales can not be applied to previous purchases before sale/coupon has been announced.
