Online Order Info + Terms

  • All orders ship out within 1-3 business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, pending credit card verification and item availability
  • We ship all orders via UPS.
  • Generally, orders made after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day.
  • If you need your order rushed or by a specific date, place your order online then call 212-228-5842 to make further arrangements, please have your order number ready.
  • We are now offering FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $125 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. A surcharge will be applied to orders shipping to HI and AK. Please select FREE UPS Ground Shipping at checkout. 
  • If your order falls under $125 after applying any coupon code, you will not be eligible for free shipping.
  • International orders: customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their government.  

In-Store Pick Up 

  • If you'd like to shop online but would prefer to pick your order up in our store, simply choose In-Store Pick Up as a shipping method during checkout. We'll waive all shipping fees and when your order has been completed we'll send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up at 140 2nd Avenue location.

Messenger Service

  • We offer same-day messenger service delivery for our Manhattan customers between Battery Park and 96th Street.  Simply choose Messenger Service as a shipping method during checkout for a flat $18 fee.
  • The address you provide must be a doorman building. If you or a doorman are not available at time of delivery to sign for the package, you will be responsible for any return travel expenses.

Return Policy

  • All returns, exchanges or defective item claims must be initiated within 14 days of the UPS delivery date. During the Holidays, this period is extended to 14 days after Dec 25th.  
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
  • RETURN ON SALE ITEMS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • All legwear and body accessory items are FINAL SALE.
  • Gift wrapping service is non-refundable.
  • Swimwear is eligible for exchange or return as long as all tags and hygienic liners are intact. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Return / Exchange shipping is at your own expense.
  • In-store returns are handled differently. Please refer to your receipt for our in-store return policy.
  • If FREE UPS Ground Shipping was selected at time of purchase, your card will be refunded for the returned items minus the original cost of shipping the item


How To Make A Return

  1. Email us to receive an Return Authorization Number. Please have your order number ready. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.
  2. You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
  3. When your return has been processed you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your account.



How To Make An Exchange

  1. Email us to receive an Return Authorization Number. Please have your order number ready. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.
  2. You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
  3. As a courtesy, we now offer free shipping on first exchanges.  Pending item availability, we will process an exchange within 1-3 business days.



Limitations

 

  • UPS does not allow us to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes, please use an alternate address.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.
