General Order Info
- All orders ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, pending credit card verification and item availability.
- Generally, orders made after 2pm est will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday.
- If you need your order rushed or by a specific date, place your
order online then call 212-253-5484 to make further arrangements, please
have your order number ready.
- We are now offering FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $125 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Please select FREE UPS Ground Shipping at checkout.
- All returns, exchanges or defective item claims must be initiated within 20 days of the UPS ship date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable
condition, with original tags. Please ensure that briefs / panties /
thongs / swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas
reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
- RETURN ON SALE ITEMS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All legwear items are FINAL SALE
- Swimwear is eligible for exchange or return as long as all
tags and hygienic liners are intact.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Return / Exchange shipping is at your own expense.
- In-store returns are handled differently. Please refer to your receipt for our in-store return policy.
- If FREE UPS Ground Shipping was selected at time of purchase, your card will be refunded for the returned items minus the original cost of shipping shipping the item. If you choose to exchange an item, you will be charged for shipping the exchange item, no matter the price of the item.
How To Make A Return
- Email us to receive an Return Authorization Number. Please have your order number ready. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.
- You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
- When your return has been processed you will be notified by email.
- UPS does not allow us to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes, please use an alternate address.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- We do not ship orders outside of United States at this time.
