REOPENING OUR STORES
Azaleas is now open for walk-ins! Both locations are open with limited hours so please check here to see our most up-to-date hours.
Please read below how we will be changing some of our business practices once we reopen. We are following the current CDC guidelines of social distancing. Additionally, our employees will be wearing face coverings.
OCCUPANCY AND STORE HOURS
We are temporarily limiting the number of customers inside our stores at one time to two customers plus staff. We are also offering private appointments at select hours. Please click here to book a private appointment. If you'd like to shop with a friend, we recommend booking a private appointment and letting us know ahead of time.
We will only have one fitting room open at a time. Therefore, we appreciate that items are tried on within an allotted time of 20 minutes per customer as a courtesy to our other patrons. We are also cleaning the fitting rooms between each use and merchandise that has been tried on or returned is put on hold for a period of time before it is put back on the sales floor.
When we reopen, we want you to feel safe and comfortable while you are shopping with us. That is why we are increasing cleaning and sanitization throughout the store — paying extra attention to high traffic touch points like checkout counters and door handles — multiple times a day. We are making hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes more easily accessible for you and our employees.
In addition to sanitizing the checkout area after every customer interaction, we are providing contactless payments — cards and apple pay.
CURBSIDE PICKUP SERVICE
Buying online and in-store pick-up has long been one of our most popular services. We will continue to offer this service while trying to improve on it to make it easier and safer for you.
CHANGE TO HIGH-CONTACT SERVICES
Our goal is still to make you feel good and look your best — but now with the twist of doing so at a safe distance. We will have to temporarily suspend services such as bra-fittings, but will use our expertise to make sure you still get the best experience.
Styling remains an essential way we help you feel good and look your best. We are offering virtual stylist appointments to help you pick out the best items for you.
While our normal in-store return policy is exchange or store credit only, we are happy to extend this policy for the time being to include refunds. Returns/exchanges will need to be made within a two week window with the usual policies intact - keeping tags on merchandise, hygienic liners must be on, etc. Please visit this page for further info. In an event that it is past two weeks, returns will be for store credit only.
Any merchandise that’s been tried on or returned is put on hold for a period of time before it’s put back on the sales floor.
In addition to training our employees about environmental cleaning, sanitation, and hand hygiene, we are conducting employee health screening including temperature checks before every shift. Constant and consistent store cleaning schedule will be adhered to.
We are also asking employees to stay home if they don’t feel well, in case there is a chance that they have been exposed to COVID-19. We are directing them to self-quarantine for at least 14 days before returning to work.
