Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled. If you need items to ship sooner, please email us. This applies to messenger deliveries as well. 

Azaleas can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Please make sure that to submit an active email address when placing orders.  

Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number when the item has shipped. You can also check your order status online at any point. 

Please note that your credit card is not charged until the order is ready to be shipped out and we do not bill you for items that are not available. 

All orders ship out of our NYC boutique within 2-3 business days via UPS. Any orders placed on the weekend will not go out until Monday, regardless of orders going 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select. When the order is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number which can be used at UPS.com to track the status of your package. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please call us or email us at the numbers above for assistance.

Shipping and handling rates given at check-out are subject to change at the discretion of Azaleas. Most rates are standard unless you are requesting special delivery services, such as 2nd Day Air delivery or messenger service. Customers who live in Manhattan may have orders messenger serviced for a flat rate of $20 per order. 

Actual shipping rates are dependent upon location and weight of the package. The estimated rates given at check out are based on price and may be modified before shipping. 

Currently, Azaleas does not ship internationally for orders under US $150.  To place an international order, please call the shop at 212.253.5484.

Expedited delivery is available for in stock items. 

**Valentine's Day Shipping Info **
All orders ship out of NYC. To receive items by February 14th, please place your order by February 6th 8pm EST to ensure delivery via UPS Ground to western states. Orders going UPS Ground usually takes upto 5 business days.


Please note: If items are not available, you will be notified immediately via email. Please make sure to give us a working email address and respond promptly to ensure that your order processes in a timely manner.

Azaleas prides itself on exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your items purchased online, returns will be accepted. However, we do have policies that must be adhered to. 

Returns received within 14 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in saleable condition. 

Shipping & handling charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.

For your convenience, you can call us at our toll-free number listed above to ask any and all questions. 

Please ensure that briefs/panties/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the ship date.  
Returns received after 14 days are subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable. We highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping methods as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

We will credit your card upon receipt of the returned items within 1-2 business days. When an exchange is requested, we will ship out the new items after receipt of the return.
