Why we love Woo Woo is an Azaleas favorite because it represents our store philosophy: soft-to-the-touch, special pieces that can be worn both inside and out.  About the designer, Staci Woo After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in art, California native Staci Woo jumped right into the fashion industry working at a local swimwear company. In 1995 she began working as assistant designer to Adriano Goldschmied (pioneer of Diesel denim, Lucky, and Big Star). While working for the denim demigod, Staci started making bags for friends and family until Woo was launched in 1997.  Always evolving, Staci then developed her collection of the perfect everyday innerwear-slash-outerwear. The mantra of Underwoo (as it came to be called) is "Comfort, cool, quality", using the softest supima cottens and tencels paired with elegant french lace and pretty prints. Proof of her collection's absolute softness: her latest endeavor is Little Woo, a children's clothing line. Woo's casual luxe style is a favorite among celebrities such as Lucy Liu, Jennifer Aniston, Charlize Theron, Kete Hudson, Meg Ryan, Cameron Diaz and Mischa Barton. In response to Hurricane Katrina, Staci created a line of jazz-themed t-shirts that benefit Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans.
