About the designer, Rachel Pally After graduating from the University of California Berkeley, Rachel hit the road to Fashion Capital, New York. With a niche in the industry, Pally launched her collection in Los Angeles in 2003. Inspired by film noir and dancewear (Rachel's a trained dancer herself), she skillfully uses fine jersey to create dramatic tops and dresses that show off the body. This girl has perfected the art of backless, strapless, cut-outs, and plunging. Her styles are both retro and innovative. Rachel Pally's creations have hugged the curves of the Simpson sisters, Kristen Davis, Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, Nichole Ritchie and Courtney Love.
